A members-only expedition: we take a hand-picked cohort off-grid for a week to build shoulder-to-shoulder, then climb to a pitch at the summit. You leave a week ahead, with the people who got you there.
Not a retreat. An expedition.
Most founder events are talks and tote bags. We built the opposite: a high-intensity week with one rule: leave with your startup further than when you arrived.
Progress, compressed
A week of true focus beats a quarter of context-switching. You leave with more shipped than you thought possible, and proof you can move this fast again.
A room you can't buy into
Every cohort is curated by hand. The founders beside you become your future co-investors, hires, and friends. The network is the point.
Off-grid by design
Remote lodges, no commute, no errands. Meals, beds, and logistics handled, so every waking hour goes to the work or the people.
A summit worth the climb
It ends in a real pitch in front of real operators and investors. Stakes sharpen everything, and you leave with momentum that outlasts the week.
“We built the thing we wanted to be invited to. Cohort 01 is where it starts; come help us define what it becomes.”
The noclue team
Days to build. Nights to breathe.
Seven days off-grid, but the work starts before you arrive and doesn't stop when you leave. The days are for building: long, protected blocks with nothing in the way, and mentors on hand when you need them. Evenings are for everything else.
Before you arrive
The scoping call
A 1:1 before the trip to set your goal for the week, so what “shipped” means for you is clear and day one isn't spent deciding what to build.
The prep
A short assignment and a reading so you land warm: problem framed, plan drafted, ready to cut.
Meet the cohort
Intros to the founders you'll spend the week with, their names, faces, and what everyone's building, before you're in the same room.
You arrive on day one already moving.
The week
- 01
Base camp
Arrive, claim a desk, and meet your cohort properly, with structured intros that go past small talk, so the bonds start forming on night one, not day four. Day one stays light on work so tomorrow starts fresh, but the room gels fast.
EveningsWelcome dinner, laptops closed.
- 02
Scope & commit
Cut your plan down to the one thing worth shipping this week, in a 1:1 with the mentor who'll follow your build all week and pressure-test it before you write a line. Then start building before lunch. No warm-up.
EveningsFireside intros over a drink.
- 03
Deep build
A full day of uninterrupted building. No meetings, no notifications: just you, the work, and people who get it.
EveningsSauna and a cold plunge.
- 04
Deep build II
Heads down again, but the day opens with a five-minute demo round where each founder shows the room where they are, and closes with scheduled office hours from your mentor and visiting operators. Momentum, accountability, and the questions you can't Google your way out of.
EveningsOptional hike to clear your head.
- 05
Ship it
Push to a working version you can put in front of real people, with a midday mentor check-in to clear whatever's blocking you. The hardest day, and usually the best one.
EveningsLong dinner, war stories.
- 06
Polish & rehearse
Tighten the build and shape the story. Pitch coaching and a ruthless teardown in the afternoon.
EveningsDress rehearsal by the fire.
- 07
The summit/ The pitch
Final touches in the morning, then pitch to the cohort and an invited panel of operators and investors who came to back founders, not to watch. Real feedback, real intros, real follow-through: you leave with named next steps, not a certificate.
EveningsA proper send-off.
After the summit
The week is the peak. This is what makes it last.
30 / 60 / 90
Structured check-ins after you're home, to see whether you shipped what you said, and what's next. Accountability, not a mailing list.
The cohort stays a cohort
A private channel for your dozen, plus paired accountability partners from the founders you built alongside. The room doesn't dissolve when the trip ends.
Mentor access continues
The operator who followed your build doesn't disappear on day 7; the relationship carries.
Alumni & reunion
A growing network of founders who've done the same thing, a reunion, and first call to return, whether as a mentor, a judge, or an investor in the next cohort.
The expedition is seven days. The change is a quarter, and the network is for good.

Remote sites that make you think bigger.
Each cohort runs from a hand-picked lodge worth disconnecting for. The first is locked; the rest are where we're headed as the community grows.
The Dolomites
Alpine lodge, wood fires, limestone peaks at the window. Where it all begins in spring.
Sintra Coast
Cliffside villa, ocean cold-plunge, Atlantic light. A site we're eyeing for what's next.
The Highlands
Loch-side estate, long days, even longer walks. Another we'd love to run.

noclue is a paid, curated experience, not a sponsored junket. A one-time fee for a single trip: it covers your fully-hosted week and a lasting place in the founder network around it. No subscription, no recurring dues. Places are limited and selective.
